Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items that are delivered damaged, incorrect, or misprinted will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.
Each order is a custom, made-to-order item so refunds and returns are not possible. I do not have the ability to maintain stock so once the order has shipped it belongs to you. So please make sure you or someone you are buying for will want the shirt. There is also no guarantee on delivery times, I can give my best estimate but because I do not control printing queue or how fast the postal service operates, an item that arrives later than expected is also not my responsibility. I do my best to get items out as soon as possible but again, I cannot guarantee anything. Please email me if you have any questions about shipping times.
