**Shipping Policy**

All Beef Shirts are made to order. Here's what to expect.

**Production time**
Allow 3–5 business days for printing before your order ships.

**US shipping**
Standard ground shipping arrives in 2–4 business days once shipped. Total order-to-doorstep time is typically 7–10 business days from when you place the order.

- Standard US shipping: Flat rate, calculated at checkout
- Free standard shipping: Automatically applied on US orders containing 2 or more shirts
- Expedited shipping: Not currently offered

**International shipping**
We ship worldwide. To keep costs and delivery times reasonable, your order may be printed and shipped from one of several locations depending on your address:

- **United Kingdom:** Printed in the UK, shipped via Evri
- **Europe:** Shipped via DHL or ShipNL
- **Rest of world:** Shipped from the US via Asendia

International delivery times vary by destination but typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping (so 10–19 days total from order). Customs delays are outside our control and can add additional time.

**Customs and import duties**
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.

**Tracking**
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

**Delays**
While we do everything we can to meet the timelines above, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, customs holds, or production volume around major sports seasons. If your order is significantly delayed, contact info@beefshirts.com and we will look into it.

**Lost or damaged shipments**
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact info@beefshirts.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. For international orders, please allow up to 21 days before reporting non-delivery, as customs delays can extend transit time.

**Wrong address**
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check it before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, but if you spot a mistake within 24 hours of placing the order, email us immediately and we will try to update it before production starts.
